At BuildOne.Today, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our programs. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. 2.5-Hour Introductory Session:

    • Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with the introductory session, you can request a full refund of $499. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of completing the session.

    • Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at support@buildone.today with your name, session date, and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

  2. Two-Week Cohort Program:

    • Non-Refundable: Fees for the two-week cohort program are non-refundable once the program begins. This policy ensures commitment from participants and allows us to maintain a high-quality learning experience for all.

    • Pre-Program Refunds: If you need to cancel your enrollment, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Medical or Personal Emergencies: In cases of medical or personal emergencies, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Please contact support@buildone.today to discuss your situation.

  4. Program Changes and Cancellations:

    • BuildOne.Today Initiated Changes: If BuildOne.Today cancels or significantly alters a program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

    • Participant-Initiated Changes: Changes to your enrollment (e.g., transferring to a different session) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the program start date.

  5. Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
